Warriors someones gotta have an idea

Warriors

I have lists of senior contacts in various markets in excel
first name, last name, website, tel no etc....
I am trying to find a method of turning this data into a list of complete email addresses without manually typing firstnamedotlastname@domainname for every record

Ideally I would also like to be able to ping/verify each email to ensure accuracy. Any ideas ? Be a great help if someone had a way of tackling this or knew an outsourcer with some knowledge.

you can automatically generate the list using excels built in string functions pretty easily - here is an example of how to join 3 cells to make an email address as you described...

    =(B2&"."&C2&"@"&D2)

cannot get that to fly - but no doubt an issue my side !! Would this really generate the first do last dot domain as full email in another column? Bit flummoxed.

In newer versions of excel I use a function called 'concatenate()'

So something along the lines of: =concatenate(A1,".",B1,"@",C1)
