How to get more attention for my services?

Hey forum,

I am a proud owner of my website (free hosting so far, when i have money for a paid version, believe me, it shall be done!), along with a twitter account and facebook page to represent myself on these social networks.

Now, I don't know if it's something that I'm doing that is not attracting attention to my business, or whether it's the site itself, or whatever, I honestly don't know.

Feel free to take a look and tell me what you think to the ****e Home - Charismatic Writing

Other than that, I can only ask some more experienced people to help and guide me to where I'm going wrong, and how to attract more attention, and in turn, attain higher levels of work!

Many thanks in advance for your responses,

Ben.

    Hey bro,

    A few ideas:
    -Free press releases like PRLog.org
    -YouTube
    -Craigslist
    -Friends and family
-Fiverr (just to get your foot in the door then upsell later)
-Create a referral fee (so if someone refers your services you pay them like 10% of the order, or even from any future order)
-Warriors for Hire section here on the Warrior Forum

    Good luck!

If you want to charge more than the budget crowd then you need a portfolio to show clients. The people who are willing to pay $10.00+ for an article are looking for more proof of quality than a couple of samples that are posted only on your blog. You need to provide links to works you have written and are being used around the web (or in print).

When you get clients remember that you are working for THEM. They are not doing you any favors by hiring you, especially when you are new. If they want a rewrite then rewrite it. If they want it written in pig latin, itewray in igpay atinlay.

Always offer to do more work, but don't be pushy.

    Always say thanks.

Always do your best work, even if the client is unfriendly or unsure of what they really want.

Ask enough questions to know exactly what your client wants. This helps avoid rewrites and makes you look like a professional and not an article churner.
