Google author pic no longer showing in serps. Need help

About two weeks ago I linked my google profile to my blogposts so my picture would show up next to my pages in the serps.
Everything went ok and the pic was verified.
Today I noticed the picture was no longer showing. I tried the rich snippet test tool again and it still said "verified" and in the snippet my picture still is visible. But there also was a Warning.
This is what it said: "Warning: The information will not appear as a rich snippet in search results, because the marked-up content does not appear to be the main focus of the page"

When I test my homepage in the rich snippet tool, I don't get a warning. When I enter the url of my about me page, I get this warning.
I have no idea what this means. This blog is only a month old and contains no affiliate links, ads, banners whatsoever and the content is written by professional writers (>25 pages with each 700 word articles).

Does anyone have any idea what this means or how i can fix this?

Ok, but why? Do you know something I don't?
