HELP! Reliable Affiliate Networks??

INTERNET MARKETING

I am looking for affiliate sites to advertise auto, health, dating, relationships, mainly ebooks and how to. Also one that are honest and reliable payouts. I know of the ones below. Does anyone know of any others that are reliable and would suggest?? I am not into individual company affiliate programs, more affiliate networks like:

Clickbank
Amazon
Linkshare
CJ

Go with PeerFly, one of the easiest to get accepted.
EWA is great, but needs referral.. if I'm not mistaken.
