Suggestions & Recommendations Please on Email Campaign Volume Handling Companies

Need some suggestions please on any companies
Warriors may have used to handle large email campaigns.
I am talking here of large volume email blasts
to a **list of targeted opted-in buyers** which are loaded into the
handling company to send out.
This is not exactly build own list via landing page etc.
No this is more direct mail approach.
So any suggestion guys of would be very much
appreciated, more so from Warriors who have been
in the trenches and used any particualr companies
and their experiences and recommendations please guys, thanks.
