A Niche You've Never Seen Before .. (Review My Site Please)

I have spent a lot of time putting this site together. It has gone through many changes but I finally consider it at least 90% finished.
I built the site using Wordpress's popular template; iNove. I think it looks very clean. Aside from starting with the template, I did everything else single-handedly. I've been working on this site on and off for about one year.
It has taken about 3 years for me to get to this point. I stubbornly learned everything on my own; css/php/wordpress/graphic design/internet marketing/etc. This is one of three website I own. This one has the most information on it.
Please give me your suggestions on the layout of the site. Also, do you think I have monetized it correctly? What else could I do?
