Why do you say that? I see people offer their staff on here, but I always miss the opportunity. So I figure I would approach from the other direction and create this thread saying I am of need of staff and give the opportunity.

I know if I had staff sitting around with nothing to do parts of the day then I would jump at the chance to share the cost with someone who would keep them busy on down times.

I've got a GREAT writer that does AMAZING articles for me for $3.00 a pop, i've shared her contact info with a few CLOSE friends but that's it, as I don't want to lose her

I have used elance in the past, for fixed price projects, related to a community website on a forum platform, with mixed result. Hiring staff by the hour, for continuous work has been difficult process and nothing to show for it after months of trying. My last hire was a nightmare. My live community website is still down and being fixed by my hosting provider. I cannot have that happen again.

What sort of development are you looking for?

I also have people for article writing, spinning , submission, backlinking and SEO.

Filipinos are very good but there are also decent workers that you can find locally. Here in Canada, most people here would hire fellow Canadians to do the job for them.

Thanks for the link Matt. Have you used them before? I have researched many of the specific outsource to Philippines companies and decided it is not right for me yet, until I have enough work for a full time person needs. That is why I was hoping there is someone who already has a full time staff (possibly supplied from a site like this) who may want to share the cost.

I had a nice full time Filipino guy that I hired a year ago for few months trying to maintain my site's rankings and getting lots of traffic, and he's good. Right now, I can do this by myself which I don't need him anymore, but he was quickly hired by someone else, until now he's a full time virtual assistant.

Hola,

Instead of asking someone to share their staff, I would just try to find your own. It's easy once you have the right resources to go to. Read the book "4 Hour Work Week" and you'll see how easily Tim got his own staff.
