Setting Site Up for Flipping Questions

Hi all,
I've got a few domains that I bought, but I'm not sure that I want to keep them long-term. I'm considering developing them for flipping in a few months (especially to cover some upcoming medical expenses). I have a few questions about this:

1. How do I best set up different affiliate tracking for each site. Adsense isn't a problem because I know how to use different channels, but I'm not sure for Clickbank and/or Amazon. I assume for Clickbank, I could just show that I've made X amount of sales for the connected book? Or do I need a completely different affiliate name? With Amazon, will setting up a different affiliate name mean I have to wait more for payment?

2. Would I also somehow transfer ownership of articles I've written to promote the site? Could this screw up the ranking or backlinks from those articles somehow?

3. I've read that some sellers on Flippa boost traffic rankings through backlinks, then change the backlinks to a new site once they've sold the original, meaning that the new owner is kind of screwed. How can I show that I'm not like that in a meaningful way for buyers?

Also, I've been looking at the "just sold" section on Flippa and I'm surprised that almost everything is sold for more than $1,000. Is this normal? Where are the sites selling for a few hundred?

Love,
Shannon

    Hi all,
I've got a few domains that I bought, but I'm not sure that I want to keep them long-term. I'm considering developing them for flipping in a few months (especially to cover some upcoming medical expenses). I have a few questions about this:

Clickbank can be shown through the Clickbank screenshot for relevant sales. For Amazon, they allow you to set up new tracking names. Set one up for the products you will promote on the site.

    2. Would I also somehow transfer ownership of articles I've written to promote the site? Could this screw up the ranking or backlinks from those articles somehow?

No. I would just leave them intact. I believe that EZA doesn't allow transferring articles.

    3. I've read that some sellers on Flippa boost traffic rankings through backlinks, then change the backlinks to a new site once they've sold the original, meaning that the new owner is kind of screwed. How can I show that I'm not like that in a meaningful way for buyers?

I would just address the backlinking that you've done. You can answer that if anyone asks in a comment. Get plenty of backlinks through Social Bookmarking (there are some good social bookmarking gigs on fiverr).

There are plenty of them. Many startups sell for $100 and some even for less.
