Why are my cloaked links not recorded in my activity reports?

Hi,

I am hoping for some help. I am using Affiliate Cloner to cloak my affiliate links. The cloaked link is a redirect html. The link does take the visitor to the sales page. However, there is no history at either my site analytics (StatCounter) or the affiliate network (MaxBounty).

When I removed the cloaked links and put in my direct affiliate links the clicks registered at both. Hoping for any suggestions or help.

    Maybe try using a 301 redirect (htaccess file) or a .php redirect. Both are very simple and once you learn how to do them you won't need any software to cloak your links.

    Maybe you're also masking the link. Just so you know masking can throw off the affiliate stats and you may lose sales. Make sure it's just a redirect. This happened to me before and I had to learn it the hard way. Double check it only redirects and it does not mask.
