PARKED DOMAINS - Need help

I have 2 parked Domains and 1 just sitting. both domains have been parked for almost a year with Sedo and todate i only made $0.75 in total. One will be expired in May and the other Next Year. 1 has great potential and i know if i could build a website and get traffic it would be worth a lot based on the offers i have gotten in the past.

Can a domain be valuable if its not developed?

    Almost every domain I sell is undeveloped and I've sold thousands, so I'll give a resounding yes. That said, bad domains do need to be developed to get sold for the most part, so it really depends on the quality of the domain.

    I will give a reply.
    Parked domains will only bring you money if traffic is coming into them. The best time to park a domain is when you trash a website, get sandboxed by google or buy a domain that has traffic on it already but you do not want the website.

    Otherwise a new domain or one that has been sitting for a while will bring you no money unless someone just happens to type that into there browser or you promote the link and people click on that. The serps will never rank it high without content but it can be ranked if the parking is a pretty good service.

      It's nicer to developed the domain and get ten or twenty freesh articles written..it gves you a better chance of selling the domain at a better price. The small investment would be worth the extra money you are getting from selling developed sites. At least get a huge 1k-2k main page article so the domain would have a better standing in the eyes of Google.

    I should of also pointed out that those are the best times to park a domain, but but both bujuk and perfectsolution I believe are right.

    I have made good money on parked domains, but this is before I realized junk traffic is worth alot more than parking that domain. If you have that much traffic to make alot from parking I will buy the domain from you.

    If you are parking domains for long and making hardly one dollar a year then its better to sell that out for some bucks . But this is the plan if you don't have any interest in marketing etc...

    Otherwise if traffic is from good sources then remove it from parking and pick a relevant hot niche idea and start earning if not much then few hundred bucks per year.... I hope this idea will not hurt you in terms of money

    A quick tip: Think once very carefully and plan and when you have planned never step back.... That's my formula of success!

    Is there any simple way of promotion of domains such as youtube commenting to some related videos etc or any suggestion of reasonable service for traffic creation with an acceptable cost-benefit ratio?

    and choose the right dp company

    For making money with parked domains I have had the best luck with domainapps.com formally they were called whypark.com Have made a few hundred bucks with them which more than paid for the cost of the domains.

    If your domain is not making you that much money you should develop it using a free Wordpress theme and let it index on G00gl5 search engine. Then promote the website and try to get good relevant traffic on it. Then sell it on flippa.
