Can I give away PLR reports for free on WarriorForum to build my list?

Not as a WSO. You can link to a squeeze page in your sig or put up an add in classifieds though.

Yes PLR giveaway os only banned from being an WSO else i believe you can give it away in your signatures, banner ads etc..

Hi Mfeco - From my own experience I've found that giving away PLR for free isn't the best way to build a list. I have done one PLR giveaway since I started selling it and although I got a lot of optins I've found that they don't convert as well as paying customers.

My recommendation would be to sell your PLR report via the WSO forum but price it super competitively for your first one. Find out what the standard price for the PLR you are offering is in the WSO forum and then beat it. Or even better, start it off very low ($1 or $2) and use the dimesale feature to increase the price with every sale. Just make sure it's a fantastic deal (high quality PLR at an unbelievably competitive price). Then give them the option to join your list after the sale (Warrior Plus makes doing this super easy).

You won't get as many optins using this method as you would by giving the PLR away for free but you will know that everyone who opts in is willing to buy from you.
