What is a good A Web 2.0 Profile Creator?

I'm looking to buy a software to make web 2.0 profiles, I've heard sick submitter is good, but are there better softwares?? I'm looking for one time payment only, not monthly.

    WEB 2.0 Controller can create profiles on about 20 websites. I don't know if you will find a good software for WEB 2.0 sites with a one time payment; such websites have frequent changes and obviously the software has to be updated too, a monthly payment is the best way for a developer to stay motivated and a good solution for clients too.

    There was a WSO called impowersuite i think by Abbas Ravji which performed the tasks you mentioned, costing around $25 per month, search the forum and they might still have it open, also i think the are upgrading and planning for a new release...
