    Yeah these 3d machines are pretty nifty and they have been around for 30 years. I messed around with out at a crafts fair.

    The only bad thing is that they break down all too often. Hopefully they'll evolve with time.

    I remember seeing the creator of one of those on the Colbert Report...he was saying that you can print a set or shower curtain rings or screws or whatnot if you needed them. Cool stuff. I'm sure an IM-er could think of some creative applications if they wanted to go this route.
