I would have gotten the proper training, instead of reading a lot of forums and taking advice from people who steered me the wrong way. Forums are great, but you always have to take into account who is giving you the information, and why.

Lol, and there will be more of those posted in the near future I'm sure.

If I had to start over again, I would probably rewind and start at a much younger age like my early 20's maybe. I had a better chance of putting in more time at a younger age than I do now as a parent... family first always. I would also network more than I've been able to do. But, no regrets... learn from the past, implement in the present, and succeed in the future (near future hopefully. Lol)

One site. Promote a squeeze page. Build list. Have oto with high commissions so affiliates do the heavy lifting.

Learn to build websites right out of the gate. Makes life so much easier and you don't have to rely on anyone else.

Build a list. Everyone says it, but man, is it ever true. Build that list from day one. Have the patience to believe in that list. It will make you more money than sending a customer to a site and losing them forever.
