Focus on one niche, make it profitable, put it on autopilot... then start the next venture and do the same... then start the next venture and do the same thing.

      Agree,
I have multiple areas because i've been successful in multiple areas. currently i'm focused on one, my current blog. once i get the manual i'm writing complete, i'm putting it up on its own site for sale. that should be on auto pilot.

Then i will move to the next area.

Basically, i have a plan that i'm implementing slowly. something i teach in the manual i'm writing.

      good luck

In America anyone can go straight to the top. And here's what's exciting- It is the bottom that is crowded, not the top.

Use automation technology and learn to delegate. For example, I'm currently working in 67 widely divergent niches, promoting 300+ Clickbank products and up to 700 Amazon products per niche. All promotions are set up in autoresponders; sequentially selling higher end products to all of my lists. Writers, researchers, marketers, and other specialists handle most of the daily operations. There is nothing I've ever heard that you must do everything yourself or can't integrate software and technology for automation of repetitive tasks.

I also have successful multiple areas. Some times its difficult to handle all things but otherwise fine and your explanation is good

EXACTLY! You will dilute yourself if you chase too many niches. If you see a niche you really want to pursue before your current one is profitable, just have a file on your computer where you keep notes on upcoming projects and write down what you want to remember about it there. You will drive yourself crazy if you don't focus on one thing at a time.
