How To Get Millionaire Internet Marketers To Mail For You

...I know you're probably expecting a long thread about how to do this, but it's going to be short.

All you have to do is a 180:

1) Right now you e-mail a big time marketer and say, "Will you mail for me?"

The 180... What you should do is e-mail a big time marketer and say, "How can I mail for you?"

2) Then mail and make some sales so that the millionaire recognizes your name.

3) Contact the marketer and build your relationship from there.

Actually I'm on the other side of the fence. I work for a bigtime marketer and I go through JV requests all day long.

You can't even get past a person like me in this industry unless the guy/gal you're trying to reach at least recognizes your name.

          Hi Aaron,

It would make you like... $1,000 to $10,000 in one day.

By "mailing" I just mean e-mailing a list of subscribers.

Great post Jason. Getting JV's is a numbers game, but you really stack the odds in your favor if the person knows you. The one thing you know for sure that gets their attention are "You've Got Cash" emails. Promote for them as an affiliate and you'll be surprised at how many of them will feel compelled to reciprocate.

Just another reason why "the money is in the list." ;-)

The quality of the product always matters.

The quality of the sales presentation/pitch/copy always matters.

The quality of traffic always matters. (Also, type of list matters... some offers convert high for certain lists and bomb for others, even though both might be quality lists)

    Cool.

How do you determine what kind of list converts better?

Sorry for the silly questions and thanks for answering them lol

      That's a tough question.

      Because...

A quality list in general is usually filled with buyers... or built from buyers. And it's usually built from a quality traffic source.

A quality list in general is a list of subscribers that know, like, and trust the marketer who pitches products through the list.

And here's the tough one to really grasp...

Even a quality list may not convert for certain products.

A quality list that will make $10,000 sending one e-mail for a piece of money making automation software might ONLY make $1,000 by sending one e-mail for a system on how to make money affiliate marketing with PPC.

Definitely interesting. So basically it doesn't really matter what quality of list you have. You could have a low-quality list but still convert exceptionally well with certain products. It's deciding what products to send which list that makes it difficult.

Well, you need a quality list first... then secondly, your list needs to be in tune with the exact product being offered.

Often you just don't know what will and what will not convert. Once you get the hang of what kinds of products do and do not convert high for your list, then it makes it easier to pick and choose what to promote.

...fascinating. I imagine this works really well if you already have an established list. Is there a way to accomplish this if you are just getting started?

I have enough understanding to know that sending a complementary copy of your product to a MIM is pointless (name recognition).

I also know that getting to know them personally is difficult - especially if you are just starting out...

    What works?

Start building your list, then reread the first post in this thread.

    HI Jason,

I am wondering IF you write the copy for such sales letters? Or if you have examples of such letters that you can point me to?

    Appreciate it.

Doesn't always work, but works often enough to make it a reasonable strategy

When i have a launch coming up or a project I want folks to promote for me when the time comes. I make sure i'm on their top ten list of affiliates for thier last launch

I think the idea is a great one if you have a list that you can mail to with the heavy hitters products.

I think you also need to make sure you ask A LOT of the heavy hitters because you can't base your business off of getting that one big gun to help (or you help them).

It is a numbers game, and you will only get a small percentage of them until you can show them you can compete.
