INTERNET MARKETING

I'm using wordpress and I'm trying to collect details on customers as they order i.e. I offer SEO services and want them to tell me their website immediately before they submit their payment (to paypal preferrably).

What's the best way to set something like this up?

You can configure Paypal to ask that question as they check out. Not sure how useful it would be "before", as they may back out of the PP transaction.

Another alternative is setting the landing page after the payment for them to enter addition details ..but again, you can capture all this during the payment.

You can use gravityforms, it can be integrated with paypal.

There is sample code on paypal website about "HTML Form Basics for PayPal Payments Standard" and more.

Whatever plugin you're using should have an option for custom fields on products.

If it doesn't even have that, you might want to consider another plugin.
