Clickbank question

Does 7 order for submissions and 1 sale seem odd?

    I've noticed that sometimes your CB links will get heavily visited by certain web spiders and they are responsible for making the order form stats bigger than they should. Then there is also the case of anti-ad and anti-spyware software on users computers that will ignore advertising cookies. THEN you get people who are scared of the clickbank payment screen. People are more comfortable with the paypal logo than anything.

    It's a big complaint that clickbank order form scares people away, or at least encourages them to look and realize that they could buy from themselves or directly.

    I guess it all depends, what type of product is this?

    In any case, congratz on your sale. I've seen much higher, but never greater than 25:1 ratio. Hope this helps.

    Order-form impressions, perhaps. Not order-form submissions! Not unless those spiders are trying to buy stuff and having problems using their credit-cards or PayPal accounts.

    Again, all those factors might be relevant to order-form impressions, not so much for order-form submissions, though.

    Yes, in principle it's odd.

    Unless almost all of them were in the same 10-minute period, perhaps (in which case it could all be down to one problem)?

    But a discrepancy of that size is clearly a little worrying.

    Yes i am talking about order form submissions here as Alexa pointed out...and Alexa these are over a 2 week span with none of them coming within a close time period...I am becoming very suspicious with my stats over the past month or so...

    here are my current stats for the past 2 weeks (keep in mind the order form IMPRESSIONS may be high due to the product having a exit popup offering a lower price???)

    Hops: 303
    Order form IMPRESSIONS: 112
    order for SUBMISSIONS: 7
    Sales: 1

    If i want to questions this what do i do? who do i contact?

    Your niche must have some unreliable credit cards, either that or CB is skimming your sales.

      Every time i contact CB they tell me there is a difference between order form submissions and sales...blah blah blah...please see this link for our analytic descriptions and how they work....

      basically no help...I really do not know what to do here.
