Hi guys,

I really like this style of site the way it has an optin form at the top.

Can you recommend any wordpress themes that are like this or is this a customer theme?

It looks like custom it's theme, I looked at the source code
created by this guy Agile Web Developers - Web Consulting | Small Business Website Development | Social Media Websites Development | Drupal, Wordpress, Magento plugin/module development, themes creation and customizations

but WordPress | ThemeForest got lots of good themes, that where I buy my themes

That is a pretty good theme. I will say, however, that the absolute best themes there are for wordpress hands down IMO is WooThemes. Check it out and I think you are going to be very happy. There are a ton of themes to choose from.
