Can I legitimately Market to these people?

Hi Everyone
I have a membership site that has a list of members who have registered.

As part of the registration process they subscribe to a list on Aweber.

The question is if a person un subscribes form my list on Aweber but are still a member of the site can I still send them e mails. They still use the site and are classed as a subscriber in the membership area.

If I can market to them is there a plugin that anyone would recommend for doing this through a Wordpress site.
I am using S2member for the membership levels

    I would personally not sell to anyone who has unsubscribed, you can lose a good reputation very quickly if you do, there are plenty more fish in the sea so go get some ....lol

      It seems a bit unfair that people who do un subscribe from an autoresponder list but are still members of a website and still use it cant be marketed to but hey if thats the MO then so be it

    Connect the unsubscribe action to cancellation of their membership and you have a winner.

    Also I would not market my membership visitors anything that is not related to the membership website they have signed to.
