When Your Customers Succeed

What a wonderful feeling it is when you talk to customers that are using your products or services and are succeeding as a a result of your efforts! So often it is easy to fall into the trap of seeing your customers only as a revenue source, and that is a path to failure more often than not. But when you are genuinely interested in what they are doing, and following their story all the way to success, what a difference.

I just wanted to write this because in the last week I've spoken to two different customers that made life changing amounts of money, and we were a huge part of that being possible. That is a wonderful feeling to have and the journey that made this possible started years ago.

Do you believe in your customers enough that you know some of them will succeed because of your efforts now?

    I love threads like this.

    Providing the value that customers need is my primary aim. In fact it comes before profit really because if you give value first it doesn't matter if they buy because your content is likely to collect either their email or attention to return again and maybe purchase then.

    All of the above is equally important online and offline. Building a reputation as someone who you can trust is the cornerstone of long term business success. This works for me and is perennial in business.

    If we don't believe in customers enough how might we want to start to change that?

    By doing something we love. Our niche, our business, the customers satisfaction too.

    You are very welcome. Yes, something profound starts to happen when customers make money because of your efforts. They want more or what you offer and they tell their friends.

    Another good sign that we often encounter is customers coming back over the years. You kind of feel validated that you must have done something right if they come back for more. You don't always know if they made money, but it is certainly a good indication of that.
