Where to find a WP theme designer on WF?

I'm looking for a Wordpress theme designer/code for a law firm client of mine that wants a new website.

I had posted under the Warriors for Hire section but my post never showed up. I'm not quite sure what the appropriate section is to post this on WF. I'd like to post my job description and requirements to see if I can get a Warrior to help me out.

    I can design Wordpress themes, and I have a trusted Warrior friend who does the coding work. I've never done one for a law firm before though.
