Pingomatic and Wordpress.com?

I have a Wordpress.com blog. I believe that WP sends my updates to all the pingomatic places. Is that right? If so, should I leave it at that or should I look for other places to ping to?

    Sorry about not fully asking question. I wasn't going to replace it. I was wondering if that was good enough or should I look for another ping tool to add in and perhaps increase my reach.

      Increasing your reach and readership is always good, and no, I wouldn't just stop at Pingomatic. Be sure to use other tools to post updates to places like Facebook, Twitter, Google+, Pintrest, LinkedIn, Digg, Newsvine, etc.

      Try looking on Fiverr for Video Reviews and get a few outsources to post a review of your new article on YouTube. Then post a link to those reviews in a section of your site for "Our Business In The News" on your site.

      Once again, post links to both the reviews an the link back to the article, on pingomatic, and the listed social sites.

    Let me suggest that you check out this post which has a nice list of ping servers that you should copy and paste over your rpc.pingomatic.com current setting:

      I have tried this a couple of ways but can't find where to paste it.
      My blog is a wordpress.com not org.
      I went to Dashbord to Settings to Writing but can't find where to paste the list.
