Website has Page Authority of 50 on SEOMoz / OSE
Established 2006.
Had a monthly income of $211 via adsense / perfromics / value media
^ Passive income. Not updated however.
Steady traffic for the last year ( and more ), one major spike at one point
My thoughts.... with the .com being a page authority of 50... doesn't this pretty much mean, if i update it daily with new content, it will start seeing a major income growth?
With such a big importance on the main page, I'm thinking I turn it into a blog format like WorldStarhipHop.com and begin rapid growth first month, if consistent.
Double income.
This sound about right to other bloggers?
sales price is $3200 ..... I assume, I can make that back within 6 months.
