How Do You Manage Your Lists?
I've heard it's always a great idea to take the lead off of the mailing campaign once the lead buys the product from said campaign which actually has been proven to be the case (yes, I see now that people do tend to request a refund if they get bombarded with a promo for the same product). I spend countless hours sorting my leads. Additionally Aweber only allows to input four parameters per lead view which means I have to sort by date, then exclude the e-mails of the buyers. This is so much work, especially because there are lots of different products I am promoting. My list is very small, only a few hundred but it's growing rapidly. So, my question is, how do you guys manage hundreds of thousands of leads? Do you sort them out? Is it possible to use Aweber in a more time efficient manner?
