Is it good or bad if the link is NO FOLLOW for guest blogging?

Let, I have a new site, and I will do guest blogging which has higher PR than my site, but if the owner gives me NO FOLLOW backlink instead of DO FOLLOW backlink will it be useful for my site?

After the panda update it is better to get mixture of dofollow and nofollow backlinks, because it looks more natural to Big G rather than getting only dofollow.

The no follow links still get you traffic even if they don't get you an SEO bump. So it's still worth it. And getting your name out there is just a good practice all around, even if you're writing for a print publication that gives you no link at all!

I don't even stop to consider if it is DoFollow or not. If I can leave my comment, then I will do so every time. As mentioned previously, if you comment enough you will get traffic from within the blog networks, so it is always worth commenting in my opinion.

I NEVER spam or leave a nice post comment as you won't get your comment published. Always look to read or at least skim the page and then reply with a good comment. This way you haven't wasted your time and you will get your comment published.

No follow link from guest post is also useful as you get visitors and targeted audience.
