How to sell my website on Warrior Forum?

I have a WordPress website that I would like to sell on Warrior Forum's "Completed Websites For Sale" section, but I'm a little confused by how it works...

Should I sell my site with paypal? Or maybe escrow?

Once I sell the the website, do I set it up on their hosting, or do I just send them the back up folder of the website?

Any other tips I need to know? I'd really appreciate some help!

    Anything under $1000, I would go with Paypal. If you sell it for more, go with Escrow. It really is a judgment call. Safer and higher fees with Escrow.

    You can ask the seller how he/she wants to do the transfer. They will have likely purchased a website before and have some sort of experience.

    It gets easier after the first sale

    Do you think Flippa would be better to use? I just first thought of using Warrior Forum since this I like the warrior community.

      We're not sure if Flippa is better or worst than Warrior Forum in terms of selling a website as I haven't personally tried to sell a website.

      I just asked that because I've come across some threads here in the Warrior Forum that talked about selling websites on Flippa. I'm not sure about the terms and conditions of Flippa either.

      Perhaps, aside from posting on this room, you may also consider joining those MasterMind Groups that focus on website selling. Check out that link. It may help. You'll get live answers from their members. Some offer free membership.

    I also sell websites with my partner CityRoom Inc. Actually I develop website and they sell that and i get my percentage. I do not have headache...... I just have to develop 100 sites ( very simple ) for next 2 months... obviously I do not do it myself.... My contacts do it

    But I know selling a website is not easy and CityRoom do not sell website on flippa... According to their opinion flippa does not pay a lot.
