Where to place Amazon Affiliate links in review article?

I've been searching Google for a decent article on this but can't seem to find anything. Most seem to be about how to create the links -- fuzzy YouTube videos on this abound.

I know that most people tend to place the links at the beginning and end of the article, and in the middle if the article is long enough, but I was hoping to see some examples on actual review websites.

    Although it's earned a few commissions here and there, I use this site primarily to demo my review software so it's not really a money site of mine. It's really bland (demo site). However, it does show what some of my reviews look like:
