here comes Q4 in 2012!
So tell me- are you satisfied with the progress that you've made with
reaching your im goals so far for the year?
If yes- what has worked and what will you do more of?
If no- what has sucked and what will you kick to the curb?
Here's my list:
- what's worked is my focus on getting higher end offline clients
what I'll do more of is to scale by hiring commissioned sales people and
getting a Project Manager to manage my growing outsourced social media
production team
- what's sucked is that I still run down too many ideas
and don't make it to market with MOST of them
what I'll kick to the curve is getting hot n cold on IM projects - pick and
focus to finish and get to market.
