Direct Response Devotee Looking for Internet Marketing Help

I've been using direct mail for a long time and now want to experiment with internet marketing.

I want to send direct mail postcards to a targeted list. The respondents then go to a website that has a sales letter. People can read the sales letter and then order the product right then and there.

I'm looking to you the experts for the best website design, hosting, pay pal enabled, all in one company that can set it up for me - or is this something I can do myself.

I'm testing one product on one website.

This question is probably so basic for all of you but very important to someone like me who's been a direct mail guy all his direct response career!!

    Well, if you know how to set up an html minisite/sales letter and can write converting copy, you can do it yourself.

    You need a Paypal business or premier account
    Get a host. I recommend Hostgator
    Get a domain. I recommend Namecheap
    Point domain at new host
    Add on domain in cpanel to your host
    Write the sales copy.
    Insert into minisite/sales letter template
    Upload to new host

    That's a simplified version, but pretty much the steps you take to get the sales letter up and running.
