  Sounds like your looking for a gaggle of JV's and affiliates ...
  
  Create a loss leader product that your affiliates and JV partners can make some REAL money on - not just a 10% comm on a $39 product.
  
  I have no idea what your products are - yet - but will go look.
  
  Its a loss leader because you're going to PAY them [ jvs / affilaites] 80-100% comm on that product to get their massive lists to promote it, and drive customers and "subscribers" to your list. Keywords - YOUR LIST!!!
  
  If youre new to Internet Marketing - ponder that for a moment ... YOUR LIST.
  
  Then you need to have a tight sales funnel during checkout that upsells/cross-sells them additional products where you pay NO COMM.
  
  Have you invested in a sales page / mini-site that converts?

  Check out their portfolio - its crazy good ... not an affiliate!
  
  Perhaps getting a solid copywriter to make your ad copy convert[ costs ... ????], and then letting your affiliates leverage that is one of the pieces. Its a recipe - not a silver bullet.
  
  A good mini-site creator to make the landing page PULL like a Giant Magnet is in the neighborhood of $1000.

  Have you written any articles about your products benefits that lead potential buyers to your salespages? Might outsource 50 or more of those too.

I recommend Video marketing. It is high-impact, VERY targeted, and can bring in a bucketfull of loyal customers. However, BAD videos = AWFUL website.

Invest in a video marketer who has worked professionally before, and knows what you are looking for.

I would recommend first try out marketing yourself doing SEO, PPC and other internet marketing so that you have an idea of the kind of conversions you can get etc and then you will be better able to assist affiliates in marketing it effectively!!

Thanks for all the feedback....we will try some of the ideas all of you have shared. BTW we have 30 min radio infomercials running in 3 markets and so far the orders look pretty darn good, however, we realize the internet is far better and more efficient. Looks like we'll have to get down and learn all of this internet marketing stuff that is Alien to us.

Sounds like you boys have the OFFLine stuff nailed. Good on you.

You're in a niche that with the right JV Partners and Affiliates onboard - you're gunna be flooded online orders if you do it right.

Have you checked out the JV Partner forum section here? You might want to. Warrior Joint Ventures

  I just realized your from Southern, CA, we were just in Anaheim, CA for the Organic Food Show March 6,7,8,9., my first time in CA and it was awesome, not used to perfect weather as compared to NJ/NYC weather. The trade show went great for us and there's alot of demand for our product to be placed in stores nationwide. We posted the pictures of the show on our website regenerationusa as well as when we launched to the product back in Oct 2008 at the Boston Organic Show.
  
  We also have a call center in Oregon that handles all of our Radio Callers and a Fulfillment center in Wisconson that processes all the Radio Infomercials orders for us. With that said, we are quickly realizing is the internets power to drop ship directly to the end user and by pass the normal distribution channels which suck your profits dry.
  
  I will also look into the report you mentioned above. If you know of anyone who could run the internet sales program for us have them contact me via our website regenerationusa

  There are plenty of people on this forum with huge lists in the health and wellness niche. Post a JV in the JV forum and make them a great deal and you will make tons of sales if they can send an email ad to their lists. Also article marketing, video ezines etc. Create a blog as well.

If your running air-time then you definitely have a little budget room for some real ONline stuff. Drop an ad spot and get the site redone!

Yes - you should get into ppc - maybe target local region first as a test - california best one to test i think for your product...

and videos too - definitely!

Write articles on the topic and lead them into a blog with all your products.

Also post on forums with the product in your signature.

PPC and JV's are probably your fastest solution - but be careful with PPC if you don't know what you are doing, it can get expense. Start out slow with a budget you can afford.

I don't want to sound like a party pooper, but are you allowed to call your product an "Anti-aging wholefood bar".

Would you face any problems for making such claims?

It's just a brand name. Your Ok as long as you do not make structure function claims such as: eating the bar it will cure or treat a specific disease.
