Improvements for my site

Hi guys. I am new to internet marketing and all.

I kinda started this site off as a side project, as something that I could express my ideas for dating, since I am sorta the "consultant" type of person when my friends have dating problems. It was never meant as a money site, but then someone just told me that she liked the site and perhaps I should monetize it.

I'm a little lost though on what to do. So I am looking for suggestions

1. How can I improve my site? (modules to add, change font, change bg picture...etc)

2. How can I make money off the site? (become dating sites affiliates, adsense, write and sell ebook...etc)

      oh? what are some suggestions? Is there a particular function that I should be looking at? or a particular positioning of navigation bars?

      what category or things should I add to it? I'm kinda new to all these so I can't really tell which theme is better for monetizing and which themes are not. I just picked it cuz it looked pretty to me lol

    If you want to earn money with your site you can use adsense and traffic is necessary for adsense. So try to get good traffic.

    Add more features such as forum, video section,some unique stuff etc. Be creative,maybe ask somebody to write a unique script,or do it yourself if you know how. There are ton of sites about relationships. If you see someone doing the same thing, just do it better.

    PS. The site itself, design and whatnot doesn't look bad
