Someone Stole My Product & Selling It At A Rediculously low Price--Help Needed **Solved**

I was jus checking my Google analytics account and noticing I was getting a bit of traffic from a referring link. When I check out the website I saw that the person selling my book as a 'Special Offer On His Website" for $8.75 when My book's price is $39.95

What legal actions can I take to have him remove my product from his website?

I need urgent response as my name is on the product and that could ruin my reputation.

    Start out by sending him an email that notifies him of your knowledge of his theft and that if he does not remove his offending materials you will refer him to your attorney's. Another option might be to contact his host provider and notify them of what he is doing and they will probably shut his site down.

          I bought my book and got his email address from his paypal account. I contact him and he removed the page.

    Just out of curiosity did the person tell you why they were selling your product without your permission? Did they think they had resell rights or something or did they think they could just get away with it? Ummmh....

    Tell him thanks for the referral link and for the praise of copying you. Then move on and make more money and stop worrying about it.

    For all you know - he's made zero and the distraction is now losing you money you would have made spending your time on something productive.

    My gut response would be to, wait-- 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10. Okay, I've calmed down a bit now. My cooler side tends to agree with Andy. Life's too short. Get on and make the most of it. But I do think that buying your product from him was an excellent idea--just in case. Good luck!
