Converting Blog into A 70% Conversion Squeeze

70% may seem high to some of you and average to others. I myself am pretty happy with that number. The number can and will be effected by the quality of traffic being sent to it as well as the quality of the content the lander provides.

This is really quiet simple and many of you will remember the double or triple squeeze type of systems. For those who are new or maybe some old timers that are not happy with sidebar conversions or the new go to squeeze ....

You start your blog post with a compelling headline. A headline that promises a result your targeted traffic desires. WE are going to do something with this blog post many will consider blasphemy.

We are going to give the real answer or solution the headline promised. For those who need them, brown paper bags are stationed at the exit, breathe in .... breath out.

Before we give that answer or solution we will Remind the reader of some pain our solution can make all better. Since we know our demographics and numbers for this particular niche, we know the pains our group have and to an extent how to make a personal connection during this process.

We presell our solution to the point of clicking a continue or read more button.

This button redirects to a restricted access page. Being the gentle souls we are we offer free access via email to those who wish to read further. Remember, the true answer or solution must be on the other side. Just getting the reader's information and not delivering the promise will put you in a growing crowd of unhappy list builders.

From that point you can design your funnel according to your market research. Just remember to set expectations and take care of any demanded legal disclosures in the funnel.

Can we see the blog/squeeze page for an example?

Thank you for your interest but I learned a long time ago not to leave footprints on the WF when I had my custom article directory hacked beyond repair. I will answer any questions you might have.

Well that's why you back everything up!

You could just PM the link?

No that is why I don't give links to active projects outside of the IM niche. You try keeping backups for an article directory that is actually active. A backup at 7am could easily be outdated by 1500 articles at 7pm.

You know what I like this? One thing. Its different.

One thing I've learned about marketing, being different in the right way can create a massive response. We need more innovative thinkers like you on this forum. Seriously. And let me ask, but how do you restrict pages? Is that just a WP plugin? I've always wanted to try that on my site just never knew how its done.

Thank you for the kind words but this was taught to me some time back by someone I am sure .. just don't remember who lol.

One of the simplest ways of restricting access is to just make the page password protected.Use a regular page with maybe a stop sign graphic saying something like the information you are seeking is private access only but access is free for a limited time. Give an existing members log in here link and a free access link here link.

Member log in goes to the password protected page and the get access link goes to an ar form.

I don't know how Troy does it, but you don't really need any kind of plug-in.

      > You can put the answer in the confirmation or success email.

      > You can put a password on the second half post and put the password in the success email.

      > You can put the answer on its own page and name it something weird, then put the link in the success email.

None of these require yet another plugin operating in the background sucking up resources.

Do you have any proof? Where are your screenshots?

What about testimonials from other customers?

Where is the part about the secret that gurus aren't telling me?
