How do I use squidoo? Help!!

I want to start using squidoo but I am confused.

Pls give me advise and if you know any great ebook out there, preferably free, pls let me have it!

    In my opinion there are many tutorials in the internet about squidoo lens or in the squioo site itself has a tutorial.

        I created 2 lenses, one for CMPS and one for TLME (see sig).

          There is no secret mate. Get targeted traffic and give them what they NEED.

          It doesn't matter what niche you are in, you have to sell what your visitors are looking for.

          Too many people put a site up first and then think about how to get sales. You need to have a plan before the site goes up, then build the site/lens specifically for what you are selling and make sure it is catered to the visitor you are trying to sell to.

          Have you built your lense around a highly searched/low competition keyword? If you have, think like a person typing this keyword into the search engine and ask yourself, what is it exactly that you are looking for?

          Start off thinking like the customer.

          I'd be more inclined to use squidoo as a lead generator, not so much a sales generator.

          Meaning, make people an offer for a free download of something, report, or ebook on the topic of the lens, that way your building a list, then you can promote whatever you want to them after you have built some trust.
