On the right of this page is a blue menu with listings, blog and tips and I gather it is a widget.

Judging by the source code ... I don't believe it's a widget - at least it's not labeled as such. Look at the source code ... almost at the bottom ... just after the <--- sidebar .php end ---> Looks like it's just a CSS build. Although, it is labeled as tjabber ... may want to do a search on that and see if anything comes up. Or copy the elements and see if you can reproduce it on a test page of your site.

The theme itself contains it most likely. It is a customized theme specifically for real estate.

A lot of the magazine style themes have built in additions like that.

Thanks I have researched the jtabber and it is a jquery but thought there may be a widget or plugin to make it easier.

Paste code to page as instructed on web site?
There is some header javascript but try pasting the html code into a text widget.
