Then VS. 1 year later VS. now

Back in February 2011 I asked warriorforum for an honest analysis of my blog.
My exact words: "I'm looking for any/all tips and suggestions on how to improve bounce rates and the site in general." Well WF, I listened to your advice...

February 2011 vs. February 2012

Visits: 663.05%
Unique Visitors: 665.04%
Pageviews: 734.26%
Pages / Visit: 9.33%
Avg. Visit Duration: 4.72%
Bounce Rate: -1.52%
% New Visits: 2.31%

And these days versus February 2011?

Visits: 1,639.87%
Unique Visitors: 1,657.37%
Pageviews: 1,808.06%
Pages / Visit: 9.67%
Avg. Visit Duration: 14.19%
Bounce Rate: -1.75%
% New Visits: 3.21%

Twitter followers: 341 (0 prior)
Facebook fans: 359 (0 prior)
Newsletter subscribers: 2500+ (with average 1100 opens and 200 clickthroughs)

I've gotten paid advertisements, gift cards for giveaways, and to celebrate the site's third anniversary (and highlight my success to my advertisers) the site is doing well financially so I can afford a $100 giveaway to the best motorcycle story submitted.

Now, again, I'd like to ask the WF experts:

I'm looking for any/all tips and suggestions on how to improve bounce rates and the site in general.

If anyone's willing to take a look and offer up more suggestions I would love to hear them!

    What's next:

Photoshoots - I held a photoshoot with GabbyDB, Toronto's #1 contortionist. It was a motorcycle contortionist photoshoot with contortion being done on a one of a kind custom chopper. I've also been part of a second, not themed photoshoot.
What else can I do offline?

New Bloggers / More Content - As far as new talent, I work in the motorcycle industry and made a friend with someone who works in an industry magazine and will be submitting a weekly post for the remainder of 2012 starting this coming week. If that works well it will continue through 2013.
How can I attract more guest bloggers?

YouTube ? - I like how some sites like AskMen seem to have both a video and text article, basically the same, but two forms of media. I've seen some motorcycle YouTube channels with as little as 5 videos have as many as 25,000 hits in just over a year. I already 160+ posts I can discuss in video.
Is a YouTube channel a good idea for me?

WarriorForums - Please show me once again why guys are the experts.

Nope, it's joomla. It's just well disguised I guess. Glad you liked the site!
