Butt-Ugly, Plain Vanilla Website - Got traffic but want to sell: Help?

I've got this website on a domain I bought back in 2009 that's just a plain site. Got some Amazon stuff on it, but I rarely touch it (like thrice in three years) to update anything, and really all I did was add a couple new pages.

I'm really not into fooling with it anymore, but I don't know how to go about selling it either.
So I included a couple images as attachments. Maybe some of you can help me?

Image 1: stats.png shows my traffic for the past year. I have NOT sent any paid traffic to the site or tried to promote it in any way. The site just "got found".

Image 2: stats1.png is a picture of what I get when I search for the keywords in the domain name (keywords and domain name are the exact same) in Google Adwords Keyword Tool.

Image 3: stats2. png is a picture of what I get when I search for the domain name keywords at google - in quotes.

Where can I sell this? I know here at WF in the complete websites section, but ... what all information do I need to include?

Thanks in advance for your help.
Tina

PS: I forgot to add the site is positioned at #4 first page of google, #2 first page of bing, and #1 first page of yahoo.

Agree with Lisa. Flippa is the biggest market place for website. You need to provide info of traffic analytics as you have added to your thread and if you claim to earn from the site you will have to provide proof of the same.

PS: I havent tried Warrior sites for sale section, so no comments about it.

Just dump it? Eh....I'll take it for free if you want to toss it, even with those lousy traffic stats. Please PM me if you have any interest.

What buyers look at , more importantly than just traffic is how much the site is earning . That is a key requirement if you want to make something selling a site . It does not have to be earning from Amazon , Try adsense if you dont have it already . Buyers are interested in adsense sites that actually earn money .

Listing on Flippa without any track record of income is likely to cost you money rather than making you any.

Do not dump it. Work on it a little bit and add specials like on amazon. They have today the FIREHD89. That one is $50 off and should bring you some money. Push for sales and do not give up. If you get too busy later on you can always sell it for money. Always try your best and you will attain success. All the best to you.

Got busy and didn't make it back to this thread. Sorry about that. I didn't say the site wasn't earning any money, just as I didn't (and won't) say how much. The thing is, with a little "expanding," it could be a major earner.

Anyway, guess I'll hold onto it a bit longer. Who knows? One day soon I may get the urge to do more boring, mundane tasks and add a few more pages. lol.

Thanks to all for your input.

By not saying how much we can't give you an accurate price, that being said the rule of thumb is usually 8x times a consistent monthly income. For example, if your site earns 100 bucks a month, theoretically it should be worth $800. Now depending on the niche it is in will also infulence its value, harder niches to break into (weight loss, poker etc...) may be worth more while a lesser market will be perceived as less valuable. Hope this helps a little, and if you want to sell it, sell it here, flippa and there's a few others you could try to.
