Are Mass Video Uploaders Whitehat?

I have a series of videos I would like to upload to not just Youtube (obviously to get more traffic and not put all my eggs in the Youtube basket, however large it may be), but many other video sites as well. I have a list of about 20-30 other sites, but uploading one video at a time to all of these sites would be very time consuming. Is there any (preferably free) software that allows me to upload these videos to all these sites like this? Or am I just being naive?

    you must read each sites terms maybe for some sites it will white hat and for others no

    Whether this is white hat or not depends on the source of the videos. If they are your own videos and you produced them and they are of very high quality I would not consider it anything bad.
