$3000/month budget? for paid traffic? are you crazy? if you really want to spend so much, go for good old Google adwords. Or try solo ads, those sellers you can find here in wf
on classified ads section. Out there are tons of ppc, ppv etc. companies which are more than happy to suck your money out of your bank account.

First of all, you need to study how things are working no matter what paid traffic
source you choose and do testing. After that you can see results. Period.
Pick up some free ppc/ppv guide and learn. There is no easy way.

I can get you that much real people traffic but like everyone's saying, its not going to work.... because its not going to work. You need targeted traffic, not just random page views. If you are 'obsessed' with getting that particular number, hit me up, I will gladly take your money. But seriously, don't do it. I think the best thing would be for you to buy traffic on CPC from MGID, Wahoha or any of those guys... see how that works for you. Since you are willing to spend with a good sized budget, don't bother trading traffic, just buy it outright. Minimum spend on these sites is like $500-1000 so I would just run a test and see how it goes before you go all out.

Also, I personally love paid traffic and think its the best BUT to be honest, blogs, humor sites etc usually all have low revenue streams, ie banner ads, tshirt affiliate offers etc... there isn't much you can do to bring in a high revenue per visitor (you are talking on average pennies or partial pennies per person per month where an ecommerce site is talking dollars per person per month). You may do better investing in free traffic methods, ie Social Media & SEO

If your site has user interaction, ie you are looking for people to upload funny stuff or leave comments, see sig, I can definitely help you with that.

I think this proves PerformanceMans point - you're dreaming if you think that you can buy 3 million genuine US visitors per month at that low rate.

Solo ads, technically. Don't be foolish though and spend $3000/month to test that out. Spend $50-100 to start and scale up thereafter.

My advice might sound trite but trying to hammer marketing into submission won't work. Most sites are not an overnight success. You are looking for repeat visitors that come to you because you are an authority on something...your entertaining...shocking...have great content...and on and on. you won't get there I'm thinking with 3k if your paying for each individual visitor. This is where sharing and social media comes into play...suggest sharing or maybe give something away for promoting...make videos...there are do many ways to garnish free traffic from your paid

For 3000$ a month you can get this easily. But why you want to have 100k visitors a day?

Brought traffic wont convert for you. You will maybe get 0.01% of them as readers. BUT NOT MORE.
0.01%*100k*30=300 ...

You will get 300 readers with this crap traffic ... for 3000$ ..
if you ask me, dont go for it.

I had experience with this "paid" traffic, and it just dont work.

Buy ads on google and so on, but try to not get the cheapest. The best converting is best.
Even if you have to pay more, but get less, its still targeted.

You can receive fake visitors, but not real visitors. Why do you need 100k right away? Use your money on an actual traffic source, with actual people and it will build from there if the content is good.

You can get your 100k visitors per month.

Here is how.

Don't expected it in the first month.

Have patience.

Build your site so that people will come back again and again.

Do this by providing your audience with a steady "drip" of targeted compelling content.

Then do what you want as far as bringing visitors. Many options have been discussed above.

Build it and they will come. Don't sweat going for targed keywords all the time. Sometimes write your content "off the cuff". Google will reward you handsomely for this.

Your goal should be to retain a percentage of all of your traffic.

So lets say you get 1k new visitors per month and you can keep 20% of them.

Thats 1k per month (new) plus 200 each month.

Also, work on other forms of free traffic here and there.

Grow slowly, steadily and organically and you will be rewarded handsomely.

I would buy ads on websites where your audience is hanging out. I am thinking Reddit and next to the "=3" videos on Youtube.

I would also make sure that my Facebook open graph meta data was correct so you get the funny images on facebook when someone like your posts/images.

You should also focus on Facebook followers, likes and posting each hour and pay to make all your fans see your posts. At least the posts that already get some action from your followers.

You're requiring 100k views per day to reach your goals, with 3k per month budget. Sorry man, nothing is impossible - but this is!

You're expecting to buy three million USA visits per month for $3k per month, not going to happen. Not of course unless you buy traffic which is only worth this much - i.e. not real traffic.

Why not consider a model which requires far less traffic, so you can look at traffic levels which are sustainable with the budget you have.
3k per month aint bad at all, many marketers reading this would love to have this budget right now as they know just how much they could make with their decent converting high profit business models if they had 3k per month to put into it. But the scenario you are looking for just does not exist.

I'd usually never post something so definitive on here, because who am I to say what's not possible - but I can't help myself in this case, as I know there is just no way in the world that you're going to find anything but hurt with what you're looking for.
