Spanish Shopping Carts

I'm using E-Junkie to handle my shopping cart, but I now have quite a few Latin American visitors coming to my site. E-Junkie allows a certain amount of customization to convert it to a Spanish system, but it's really not a true Spanish shopping cart.

Are there any shopping carts that the Latino community uses, particularly Mexico, Spain, Venzuela, Columbia, Argentina and Chile where I get most of my visitors?

If they're already familiar with a certain shopping cart and it handles Spanish, then this might help with sales of my ebook(s). Thx!

Well, that one's a little "old school" for me. I was kinda hoping for something electronic.

There was a thread about a month ago talking about how adsense did so poorly in latin american countries and I have definitely found that to be the case.

We use clickbank since it is also has a spanish language option and goes to paypal which can be configured in spanish.

I focus on Latin America so I see this as a common platform. Also offer other alternatives for people to pay as not everyone has a credit card such as western union.
