Best ways to market an Affiliate Marketing Blog?

I am on the verge of selling my first venture, a movie site and I started this blog a few days ago.

My last venture heavily relied on referral traffic to make it an success. I understand that most blogs are relied on SEO traffic and I want to get some opinions from people who's been in this space (blogging affiliate marketing) about what kind of keywords would bring in the most traffic and how you network with others in the same space to make the best out of the blog and how they get readers via social media (twitter/facebook) successfully without buying a fan.

      That'd be here in WarriorForum.. unfortunately I think it'd violate the TOS to openly advertise my blog on WF. Unless there's a forum in WF that let you do that.

    I really like your site designs they look fantastic!

    The best place to drive traffic for your content (after having a look) would be guest posting leading people into specific posts as reference points to back up your arguments. If done properly guest posting can drive a huge amount of targeted traffic and help with SEO. However if done wrong it's just another redundant webspam tactic...

      Thanks! I dig the design as well.. I actually bought the site on Flippa as an Internet Marketing product and the site is just a html landing page. So I took the graphics and turned it into a WordPress blog instead.

      I'm not familiar with "guest posting" as this is my first real blog (previous ventures have all been websites), can you explain further how that's done properly that could generate good traffic? Like if you were to do it, how would you do it?

      That's another thing.. Where is the signature? I don't see it and I don't see other people's signatures as well... it's usually at the bottom of every post but I don't see it!
