Why Is This Site Deindexed

I have been reading today post on google webmaster forums, and i have seen that this particular site is deindexed:

Can you post your opinion why is it deindexed?

    How can anyone possibly tell this, without knowing what the webmaster's done that contravened Google's guidelines?!

    My wild guess - if you really want one - is "multiple bought backlinks on non-context-relevant sites". I'm just going with that, purely as a statistical hunch, because so many sites are getting heavily penalized or de-indexed for that at the moment. So that seems to me like it would be "favorite in the betting". But who knows, really?!

    Well you can check the site's content and let me know your opinion. The backlinks are ok, it seems that only the sites' content isn't ok somehow.

    Sounds like the Panda has struck again. As Alexa stated it would be hard to tell why they

    were deindexed without knowing what the webmaster may or may not have done. Google is pretty heartless when it comes to their rules. The problem is they change them so much its hard to keep up..
