Should i do a dispute with paypal if i think the solo provider didnt deliver as promised? What are the chances me getting my money back. I bought 300 clicks and i only received 125!

Have you taken it up with the solo ad seller? Try them first.

If you have proof from a linktracker you should send the seller a screen shot.
Solo ad sellers will often send you a screen shot confirmation of the clicks with their own tracker.

Only take it up with paypal if you can't resolve it with the seller.

    Good luck

You should communicate with the seller and try to work it out first.

How long has it been? You may have more clicks coming.

Paypal dispute should be a last resort.

You haven't given any details that would tell us if the seller did anything wrong, which makes me suspect you are just being impatient. Many times, I have noticed people complaining in WSO threads about the product owner not replying to tickets, and it turns out they are complaining about a ticket that's only 2-3 hours old, and it's the middle of the night in the seller's time zone.

Then they will complain 30 minutes later, and again 30 minutes after that, getting more and more worked up each time, with lines like, "This is the 4th time I have asked for help, with no reply; you have to support your product better than this..."

When did the ad run, and what did the seller say to you? How can you expect good feedback about what to do from Warriors who don't even know if you have a valid complaint? I suspect you just need to wait a bit.

Yeah, deal wiht the publisher first. Give him a little time to response as your order wasn't that big to fulfill. Most good publishers would over deliver if they want your business. It's not a lot of money anyway, so give him sometime before you file a dispute in paypal.

You contact the seller directly, ask him/ her to send the rest. If he/ she doesn't respond your request in a week, you can open a dispute at PayPal.

    Please don't rush, be patient.

Contact the seller directly and i'm sure they'll deliver the clicks they've promised. Otherwise you can open a dispute at Paypal, but that doesn't guarantee you'll get your money back

Thanks for reporting back, and I hope you got all your money back. Glad to hear the seller isn't a member here. I hope you can find a better provider for next time.

There will always be some black sheeps around.
Always test out the vendor with the minimum clicks.
If the CTR and conversion rate are good,
then you scale up the order.

I suggest you try contacting the solo ad seller first.

If he doesn't respond, maybe then you can think about a Paypal dispute

Did you discuss how long the add will run?

I had to learn it is best to be upfront and specific when running solo ads. I also suggest building a relationship by asking questions then purchase.

Yes this is the method I undertake also, its a good indication if they don't answer your questions in advance they're certainly not going to after.
