Are there Any Free WP Plugins That Gives Real Time Stats?

INTERNET MARKETING

Most of the free stat plugins that the search generated required inserting a code into the PHP files which I am not good at, are there any that don't require that?. I used to use GET THAT STAT, but it is not coming up when i run a search for it for some reason.

Check out PIWIK and its associated WP plugin. PIWIK works wonderfully, is easy to setup and is free; although a small donation helps keep PIWIK moving forward.

I will second what Allen is saying, it wont work on hostgator hosting but if you use the link on piwik for the hosting they recommend you will get some good hosting with piwik installed for you and you are supporting the development of this awesome open source software.

Also try StatCounter - Free Invisible Web Tracker, Hit Counter and Web Stats. You can use it free and it has a plugin for WP.

  If you are using a shared hosting plan.. Jetpack and Google Analytics is good. But those "stats" plugins will kill your data use in no time.. you will constantly have to go into your C-panel/Database to delete it.. it's a pain

Take a look at Wassup, that gives you some sort of stats like visitors over a certain period etc.
