Do you ping your articles? Is social bookmarking

Hello!

I've been reading a lot lately about article marketing on this forum and had to do a big Uturn (particularly regarding the syndication part)

I now wonder if there is any point in social bookmarking the article on Ping or Onlywire (as I used to do previously?)

Replies for experienced warriors will be greatly appreciated.

Yes I always ping my blog articles after posting them. I use a site called pingomatic which is free and works well.
