Affiliate manager? Need one or not?

I have been contacted by an affilliate manager that seems to have a good reputation. He says if I hire him he can get me 90 quality affiliate marketers in the first week.
Lets say thats true.
What would be a fair fee for him to charge for somthing like that plus a monthly fee to mangae the program.

He also says that I should be on clickbank. Which I'm not. I run my affiliate program in house.
Can one of you guys take a look at my site and my affiliate program and give me an idea if clickbank is for me?
Or if I should seriously consider retaining an affiliate manager>

    i personally dont think you need an affiliate manager...it could be a good thing to add your product to clickbank..not because its the best (at least in my opinion) but because its the most "famous" and you could get affiliates pretty fast.

    Having a good affiliate manager makes a big difference, a qualified AM could recruit affilites for you, devise a plan on what tools you need to have so your affiliates can sell you more, the am can help the affiliates if they have issues, the am can motivate the affiliates to get more sales.

    Having an AM is a good investment, see ow much he/she is offering, ask for their rates and if it all sounds good, then roll with it.

    All I can say on this matter is this, i used to consult for an ecom business and before I started their aff sales were 2-500 a week, after i got there their sales bumped up to $2,500 a week, big difference in profits.

        Some AMs ask for an upfront fee per month plus a percentage, make sure to have a good reliable contract written up.
