I use Wordpress as my CMS, and DreamWeaver & NotePad++ as my code editors.

Why bring the Editor & CMS to the poll? It's different thing!

Wordpress is by far the best choice in my opinion. Since the community is bigger, there is better support, plenty of possibility for customization, and a lot of unique themes and plugins.
Whatever you aim at, I am pretty sure you can build it with Wordpress.

I used Wordpress to create a couple blogs in the past. It seems to be the easiest plugin to use to create websites. I will definitely use it to create my niche targeted websites in the near future.
