Judge Judy has sued a YouTube user who kept uploading videos of her show in order to 'monetize them.'

Moral of the story: you must own the copyright to any video you release.

      Very true, Alexander. 'Fair use' generally implies that you added commentary or 'something' and needed the original video to show people what you were talking about.

      However, just uploading the 'ripped video' won't cut it
