Hey guys,

I have a list of about 2000 renters, and is growing every day... in the Toronto area,

and other then regularly working with some of them i want a way i can monetize them but my mind is coming up blank....

I dont believe i can send them "make money offers" since thats no where near related in a million years, but i have a feeling i can send them something just dont know what,

Any ideas?

Thanks

Send them stuff that renters would be interested in.

Renters insurance comes to mind. Furniture (for newly moved in on the list). Security stuff.

And, actually, make money offers would probably kick @ss since I'm betting that 90% of them are renting because they can't afford to own.

I don't know if that's the best advice.
If the list was built around real estate sending them MMO offers does not make sense and may well annoy most of them.

Think of how stupid the average person is, and realize half of them are stupider than that.

Maybe if you don't get your copywriting down well.

Good copy gets the "buyer" excited. Bad copy, yes, pisses people off. I'm going off the assumption that the OP is "doing it right."

I've made some good money off of credit-related CPAs to renters.

I have been in the real estate business for 24 years. I commend you for realizing that this business has entered the digital marketing arena. Personally I hated doing rentals. My focus was sales but renters do become buyers, that is why we put up with them. 2,000 on your list is great. I would build a relationship with them by offering a free newsletter about real estate trends, financing and general knowledge. Some of these renters will eventually become buyers. Nurture them and establish yourself as an authority and when they are ready to buy who do you think they will contact. You of course. The most successful brokers are the ones who establish a referral network. With your list this is a shortcut. Good luck, Vic
